About Your Coach

I know divorce can be a heart wrenching and emotional time for you and your family. I am an established Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Guardian Ad Litem, and a Certified Family and County Mediator within the 17th Judicial Circuit. My goal is to provide exceptional care to those going through the difficult experience of divorce for the great South Florida community. I offer a unique range of services to help cope with the difficult experiences divorce may bring. My specialties include: Counseling for Anger Management, Divorce, Grief & Loss, Domestic Violence, Critical Incident Stress Management, and Family Therapy. I am here to help you and your family though this difficult period.

I have completed extensive training in Crisis Intervention, and I am a Parent Coordinator, having received training in "Disaster Behavioral Health First-Aid Specialist Training" (B-FAST) & "Disaster Behavioral Health First-Aid Specialist Training with Children"(C-FAST) from the University of South Florida. I find great pleasure in putting my extensive education and experience to work in helping South Florida families cope and overcome the challenges posed by divorce.
My extensive skills as a stress, trauma and grief therapist have been highly acclaimed. I had the honor of being called upon to supervise Crisis Management teams on-site, in New York City for the New York-New Jersey Port Authority Police, just days after the World Trade Center attacks. In addition, I have also helped in Biloxi, Mississippi shortly after hurricane Katrina and acted as the Crisis Manager for the Biloxi Police Department providing individual and group crisis counseling services to Law Enforcement and their families. In addition, I take extreme pride in appearing for various organizations as well as to Nova Southeastern University on the topics of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Crisis Intervention. Lastly, I have over 22 years of Law Enforcement experience in South Florida.
I have conducted Home-studies and Custody Evaluations for the 17Th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County Florida, as well as in other parts of the Country, and understand the painful process that divorce can bring forth to your entire family unit.

I am is currently a provider for Value-Options, as well as the Crisis Care Network. I am available in some cases 24 hours on an emergency basis (Call Out) and also has evening and weekend appointments should your need arise. I make myself available to your and your family, and as your coach together we will make it through one of the most painful transitions of your life.
